2:00pm - Ken finally woke up. Felt "hung over" with a headache and sore muscles. Showered.
8:00pm - Muscles still sore. Still felt slightly draggy but not as bad as before. Showered again and felt slightly better.
11:00pm - Complained of feeling hot and cold at the same time. Shivering with goosebumps all over. I closed the window.
11:19pm - Temperature taken. 101.9 F. I'm hypothesizing that he has the flu. My answer will come tomorrow morning if he's able to peel himself out of bed for work. Is now showering again. I suggested he lay down in the shower and let the hot water hit him.
If you're wondering why I'm doing this, I've never actually recorded the progression of an illness. I thought it might be a nice exercise in observation and recording. He's not a guinea pig, I'm just trying to find a way to help him better.
